​James is an experienced teacher, teacher trainer, leader, and international educational consultant specializing in Curriculum Design, Teaching and Learning, and Leadership. James also has extensive experience working in senior leadership positions across a number of schools, as well as providing consultancy support and inspection preparation to Dubai-based schools guiding them from “Acceptable” to “Outstanding” ratings across a range of curricula including IB, CBSE, British, and American systems. James has trained teachers in Master’s programs in Egypt and Kuwait and trained teachers in Madrid, Spain.
